Start the GTRSupport.exe after the download has finished

On the first start, the GTRSupport client will ask to download the actual configuration file.
Press Ok to continue.

In the dropdown menu there are 2 different support clients available (Remotely in x86/x64)

To start the download of the remote support client which is used for the connection to your pc, press the play/start button

The client software is automatically downloaded, validated and started.

In der Auswahlbox stehen 2 unterschiedliche Support Anwendungen zur Auswahl (Remotely als x86/x64 Variante)

Um den Download des ausgewählten Clients für die Fernwartung zu starten betätigen Sie die Start/Play Schaltfläche.

Die Software wird automatisch heruntergeladen, validiert und gestartet.
